Betty Heidler won in Stockholm

Germany´s world record holder Betty Heidler won in Stockholm, at the European Team Championships. Her winning throw was recorded at 73.43m.

"It's not my best performance but 12 points to Germany was my goal so I am glad for that. But it is still the worst result I have thrown this season. I'm looking forward to a medal at the World Championships," she commented.

Second place went to a former world record holder Tatyana Lysenko (RUS ) with 71.44m and third was Kate ™ina  afránková (CZE ) with a new lifetime best of 69.39m.
