Harting stayed unbeatable in Hengelo

The reigning World champion Robert Harting (GER) won at the FBK Games 2011 with a 68.23 m. His season´s best is 68.99 m which is also the world leading. It was his 4th competition this year.

"We had a very strong wind from the left side. That was also the reason why we all had so many fouls. Even the whole atmosphere was so depressed and it was hard to think positive to have a good attempt. Nevertheless 68 m in those conditions is good enough to keep on fighting in this season. My technique was weak and I need to improve it in the following week."

Erik Cadée (NED) who´s seasons best is 66.95 m and holds the 5th place in the season´s top list got 2nd with his best performance in Europe - 66.16 m.

Piotr Malachowski, the reigning European champion landed on the 3rd position with his season´s best of 65.25 m.
