How has your training been Robert? Any injuries?

Thank you. So far I am doing good. I don´t have any problems.

What are your social aims for this year?

My aim is to pass all my exams and concentrate on the flow of life and work.

Omar El-Ghazaly started his season today in Cairo and ended up with a 64.79 that is very good considering that El-Ghazaly trains very hard and was not preparing for the competition. The competition was not planned and he had to compete for his club. His main target this year is the World Athletics Championships.

Estonia´s Gerd Kanter won the first Diamond League competition this year with a decent 67.49. Second place went to Virgilijus Alekna with 65.92 (x - 63.92 - 65.92 - x.)

Robert Harting did not compete.

Erik Cadée continued his good performances in Chula Vista with a massive 66.31 in the last round. Erik´s shape is okay and goes upward.

Märt Israel was second with 65.95 that is close to his personal best which stands on 66.56 from 2007.

Erik Cadée improved his personal best in La Jolla and won the meet. His new personal best stands on 66.95 but he had a 67m warm-up so his shape is very good at the moment.

Brett Morse from UK was second with his new personal best 64.49m. His previous best was 63.71 thrown last year in Westwood, CA.

Jacko Gill is the most incredible young athlete of the decade. At the age of just 16, he managed to throw a new neighborhood record with 7.26kg shot -20.01 that is obviously a new World youth record.

The boy who is good at rewriting all the track and field record books again and again, has big goals to catch. Last year in 2010 he throw an unbelievable 23.86m with 5kg implement that was of course a new World youth record.
