I am interested as to what throwers from around the world use in their gym program's that relates to throwing performance and how. I know a lot can be done with Olympic gear but more interested in other equipment that people use.
A few examples
Cambered bench bar to improve strength at the end of range which would be more specific to discus
GHD is great for developing hip and back strength
any other suggestions, speciality bars, tools for stretching and mobility etc. basically anything that you feel helps you outside the basic Olympic gear that you have used and how/why it was good.
