Robert Harting has a bank sponsor that would appreciate this stance. There are many lesser performers who must make nice with the organizers and not be seen as a trouble maker.
Robert Harting is an exception and this is only the case because he is so successful...
He got a lot of sponsor and all of that... But most of the athletes do not have that.. -
Sadly Harting is one of the few who care. Many others just want to make what little money they can and move on.
Having in mind how much money T&F athletes make its totally understandable...

This thread is about the fact that Harting stands up for the "clean" athletes and not about Sandra Perkovic.
There must be a reason he didnt mention her.And btw. i think its great and shows Hartings character...

It's not stated that he will not compete at all, only that there might be a chance.

Is it hard to change from juniors to the 7kg ball? There are so many great young throwers who managed to throw very far during youth and juniors but couldn't keep up with the 7kg...
Is it more difficult in the shot than one discus for example? -
