A pretty good day for the Ciarelli International Throwing Group, Rutger Smith had a 2 meter season best (SB), hitting 58.40, 60 meters is coming soon! and Seema Seemankush Punia hit a big SB 61.80 after only one week in California, her best throw since the 2012 Olympics! Seema will open up next week at the US Olympic Training Center, getting ready for the Commonwealth Games!!
