I use a boxing wrist wrap. I used to use a power lifting type of wrist wrap that was really flexible. I have really short fingers and always had problems with the shot slipping of my fingers and when i switched to the boxing wrist wrap that problem went away.

I use and recommend the Schiek 24" wrist wrap. After years of using tape, I switched to a wrist wrap and immediately felt an improvement in my release compared to regular athletic tape.

How long are the straps? Did you cut them down?

My wraps are about 280cm long. I havent cut them down.

I too use a boxing wrist wrap. It's flexible enough and is more comfortable.

In my opinion, the best wrap out there is the Rogue 18" powerlifting wrap. Velcro powerlifting strap with the thumb loop. They're higher quality, in my opinion, than the Shieks and some of the others out there. I know Justin uses the Shieks with his glove and they're fine, but Rogues are the best. Don't over-tighten! You can easily turn your hand blue with these. Provide more than enough compression to support the carpals and ligaments and tendons of the wrist. Best quality out there.
