I assume outdoor marks count for qualifying?

I assume outdoor marks count for qualifying?
I'm going to say yes they count since they differentiate indoor and outdoor times on the oval. -
So what countries have two or more over the standards?
USA?
Germany? -
@Ryan Whiting has ramped-up expectations.
Storl is busy training, not needing to perform at meets to earn a spot in Poland.
Majewski is somewhere, preparing to protect home soil.Who else is in the mix for a medal?
-
Kurt Roberts and Joe Kovacs also produced some great results....
mabye those ones are good for a medal as well. -
-
Has Kovac been consistent? I saw the one 20m throw when he hit it. But I don't remember hearing anything else.
Storl is a competitor, he really knows how to step it up during major competition. It seems he has some knowledge that he will beat everyone, and he tries to instill that thought into his competitors heads. It's fascinating.
Majewski is like Storl in many aspects in terms of competing but he doesn't have the same mental edge over his opponents.
Whiting is Whiting, he's producing the right throws right now, but I hope he can be consistently over 21.50 and then pop one during WCsMedal Prediction:
1. Storl
2. Whiting
3. MajewskiNote: Gold and silver are such a toss up I just took a shot with it
-
So good day everyone.
I say the same as @Angus Fisher, #Storl is a real competitior and he did beat @Ryan Whiting once already this year. He is always ready when it counts and peaks on the main competitions....
its gonna be a tough competition even though #Whiting produced already a toss above 22m... -

sure consistency is important but for a rotational thrower it is always uncertain how far its going to go... so he still might be in the medals. I personally wouldn't cut him out ...

Medal Prediction:
1. Storl
2. Whiting
3. MajewskiNote: Gold and silver are such a toss up I just took a shot with it
Storl is amazing! ...
-
right, Storl is one of the kind but still I go for USA as a gold medal!
-
Kurt Roberts and Joe Kovacs also produced some great results....
mabye those ones are good for a medal as well.
But Kovacs' 21,46m (70' 5") does not get him on the plane to Poland. -
Who is going to the WC ?Is it decided yet? What about crouser?

Who is going to the WC ?Is it decided yet? What about crouser?
Crouser is in the NCAA system so he will not be going. He did not compete at the US Indoor WC Trials. I read he does not want to miss school and is focusing on improving his discus. -
Storl is amazing! ...
Sure, Storl has and is doing great things. If @Ryan Whiting can deal with travel weary legs I would guess he an throw near 22m. Can Majewski and Storl throw the PBs it would take to beat them? -

I read he does not want to miss school and is focusing on improving his discus. One can read about it in in the article. We have a quote of crouser that he will not waste training four outdoor season.
-
It will be my surprise is Tomasz Majewski does not win in his home country. If he does not win it might be because of an unrevealed injury.

Where did you find Crouser's saying this? iIt is sad to see U23 throwers not at the championship meet. I also do not see where Jacko Gill will be in the competition at the World Championship.
