hi @PaddyHammer we have the opposite problem in Australia at Melbourne. Meets are being cancelled because it is constantly over 100˚. I bet you would prefer that than your conditions any day! Throwers need things like covered golf driving ranges so we can continue to throw through the wet, cold and heat!

In a stunning decision that could revolutionize track and field, USA Track and Field (USATF) has announced that all coaches of American athletes have been fired and have been replaced by Twitter.

Even though that's a April Fools goof it's close to reality in my area. I hear from athletes, esp distance runners, how the best way for them to train. Even parents are beginning to know better. Crazy stuff.

Ha, our harrier coaches call it 'flavor-of-the-month'. It includes all the running rags as well. Some new idea to replace hard work.
