    This is a video about how to train your muscles to do what it knows to do in a quicker way. I think he makes some very good points but I would like to know what you guys think about it.     . I recently looked at some training drills by Ryan Whiting in his you tube channel and they all revolve around training the muscles to throw ie muscle memory. I am now thinking it will be much more worthwhile for a young athlete to learn the upper and lower body separation by doing these drills and not throwing a shot or discus
