Not sure about the shot/discus shoes, they might be good because of Nellie's input, but the javelin boots needed some serious revision. They put the main seam of the shoe right down the middle of the forefoot (basically in line w/ the laces), so a 79m type guy I work with tried out the sample pair I was sent and he blew thru the shoe on his 1st plant on a throw w/ more than 3 steps!! I'd look at where the seams are located if possible prior to purchase....

My friend Nick Garcia gave me his as a gift. I find them incredible for the rotation shot. After 37 years of rotation shot putting, I have a great deal of pain when turning out of the back on the outside top of my left foot (right handed). I had eventually mutated my technique into a heel-toe pivot out of the back but I lose 16 inches of ring space and the drive that accompanies it, because of the heel-toe pivot. THESE SAUCONY SHOES HAVE GIVEN ME BACK MY LEFT FOOT PIVOT ! The moment I put them on I was able to perform a 360 drill without hesitation/back of the ring. Thank you Adam and Saucony!
I also monkey around with the hammer. FYI...IMO...these are not hammer shoes.
