Your knee will not collide and the left foot I believe will get down much quicker. With a good block and right foot hard turn the right side will follow more quickly. I believe. Obstacle course(for time)
200lb sled 40 yrds
car push 30yrds
5 tire flips
50ft 100lb DB's (each hand)

I currently don't have the best times for the events in front of me.

Dug myself mostly out, but was then blocking a fire engine that needed to get buy.

Out pops this big strapping fireman that introduces himself. He had been a DII national champ hammer thrower for Western Oregon a few years ago.

He recognized me and he and his fellow firefighters got me on my way.

As I recall he wasn't much of a technician...he fell under Togher's quote that surfaced recently on The Ring: "Just throw the bloody thing!"

That might be the single most disgusting thing I've ever been around. Doing an activity that could cause you to puke, pee, and dump on yourself during one race doesn't sound like fun to me. Top it off with some bloody nipples and I stay as far away as possible.
