Hey fellow hammer throwers, I'm looking for elite or developmental meets for throws after May 24th leading up to trials. I am @ 65.19 in the hammer and want to get as many high-energy opportunities as I can to climb as high as possible on the national rankings (I think ~68 should go this year). E-mail me if you know of anything. Also, anyone keeping a running performance list? Trackandfielsnews.com & usatf don't seem to have rankings up...

Was curious to see where things stood for our men's group heading into Eugene. So I compile the marks from T&FNews and USATF sites. Also thought I'd remind everyone of the selection process in Eugene (for more information: http://www.usatf.org/events/2008/OlympicGames/entry/selectionProcedures_TF.asp)

In the event that a non Olympic "A" standard athlete places in a position that would make the Olympic Team at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials

While in France, I took the chance to compete in a local meet(which I won...).Well, the front posts of the cage were made in a way that exposed the metal instead of the net...result: a few disci bounced back on the ring or laterally, nearly hitting both the throwers or a judge...anyway, one particular discus got...bad injuries and a trainer, friend of mine, graciously donated it to me.
It's a Cantabrian, and need plate replacement, but I can't get hold of this manufacturer data...any help? Thanks.
