It's very interesting though to see that the past throwers also used a lot more simplified technique models and did the basics well,whereas now many times just for the sake of being quick the movement is shortened or the block is lost.

Ag is healthy and threw Friday night @ Akron 77+. His program has been set up all along to have the week before USATF off. With USA's moving up a week it tempted him, but he is a stick to the plan type of guy. Nonetheless, I have never seen Libor throw the weight in person and Kibwe is throwing really well right now. Should be fun!
