Americans travelling to Canada do NOT need a passport to clear the border, if you are coming straight from the US. You should bring your passport if you have one, but if not, just bring your drivers license or other government issued photo ID, plus a back up form of ID.
As with any excursion to Canada, do not bring firearms.

Baseball Pitchers are not throwing for distance. They are throwing at a downward angle and are throwing at a target. Along with the various arm slots, speed, various grips etc... It's not quite the same. Asking an outfielder to throw a ball as far he can would be a little bit more in our neck of the woods. Bugar and Nesterenko are not wrong for not straightening their left leg. They both develop a solid left that allows for the development of a strong right side finish. In this case it's not "how" you do it, it's "if" you do it. And they do it.

Actully, we sound closer than I first thought. I see what you are trying to say here. I would agree the right side(upper body) comes around a stable left side that has already stretched reflexedbut the difference in translation is that the left side facilitated the right side movement and the the right side was not contracted manully so to speak. As I said before the the opposite limbs work together so the right leg pivot the the left arm block are actively contracted. I guess we all have something similar to say we may just use some differing terms to say it.

It is definitely better to discuss these matters in person, as throwing technique should always be discussed over beers.

Here's my question about Nesterenko. Will he ever throw 70meters with the 2k with his current technique? In the one film clip I've seen of him, he reminds me of some of the European women throwers who perform some very odd movements in the ring but are able to launch the 1k--perhaps because it is so light?
Let me close by saying that I mean no offense by any of these comments. I'm sure that JRapp, Nesterenko, and just about any European women's discus thrower could beat me up.
