We all spend hours int he weight room moving bars with weighted plates on the each end. Everyday we hope to add another plate or two. Some people add some running, medicine ball throwing or plyometrics. This article talks about strength ratings. Some of us use Max Jones' Quadrathlon to test how our strength is progressing, hoping to gauge increases that will equate to farther throws. We have one measure that matters, the tape measure and (hopefully) keep track of our training personal bests (PB) to gauge progress.
