Today I took my second Swedish national title in javelin ?⠀I definitely did not do it in the way I had planned to and I am still struggling with my technique but I am always happy to bring home the ? for @sparvagensfk.⠀I kept on struggling in the shot put and was nowhere close to being myself.Luckily I have a chance to redeem myself in the discus.⠀Regardless of the results I had a great time today at @friidrottssm2020.I will not step out on the track too many more times so I am doing my absolute best to soak in every second and enjoy it to the fullest.⠀Tomorrow I have discus qualification at 12:00. ??
