Valerie ADAMS has a good start for her 2011 season , with all her competitions so far over 20m . With 12kg less , she is not only looking much better but she has certainly improved her speed and power. With help of Jean Pierre EGGER , she can be confident to achieve even more progresses and retain her World champion title . In Dunedin she had a 20,54m throw , her best so far in her own country.
