Reese Hoffa, who will be competing for the USA at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the Olympic shot put track and field event, demonstrates the behind the neck shoulder press. Then he shot puts a chunk of metal into another zip code. We do a variety of different ones. Today Reese has to be doing the seated military or Behind the Neck Press.
