LSU's Walter Henning Wins 3rd SEC Weight Throw Title

LSU throws star Walter Henning captured his third-straight SEC Indoor championship in the men's 35-pound weight throw on Sunday, Feb. 27, at the 2011 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships. Henning won the competition with a throw of 73-8 on his third throw of the day. He also posted measured marks of 70-4 1/2 on his second, 72-2 1/2 on his fourth and 72-7 1/4 on his sixth throws.
