Kim Amb (born 31 July 1990 in Solna Municipality) is a Swedish javelin thrower. He finished in seventh place at the 2012 European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and 18th in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Ambs personal best is 84.61 metres, set in Zagreb, Croatia 2013.

All is going great right now. Preparing for the Worlds.

To find good feeling in my throwing.

Not right now.
What technical issues are you working on?
Trying to get a lower tip with the javelin. Right now it’s little too high.
Where are you currently training?
In Bålsta, Sweden, my home town.
Will you be attending any training camps at another site? If so, where and when?
Going to Japan before Beijing. 13aug – 20aug.

Are you training with your coach on site or long distance?
Training with him on site.
Are you currently working a job? If so, what and how many hours a week?
Yes I am. Working as a book keeper.
What competitions do you have planned?
Its Worlds and after that only one match between Sweden and Finnland. (Finnkampen)
What are your travel plans?
We left for Japan 13 August, then off to Beijing 20 August.
Will any friends or family be travelling to Beijing?
My dad and my girlfriend.
