Si, viajará mi mujer y mi padre a verme. Gracias.

How is your training?
I trained very well during most of the year, but for a month I was inured with some discomfort in my buttock; that did not let me throw as well as they would like.

What is the focus of your training schedule?
We are doing double sessions. In the morning we train from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. followed by and afternoon session from 6 p.m.-10:30 p.m. Keep in mind that in Spain the temperature is very high throughout the year so we plan to train when it is cooler.

Is there anything new that is implemented in your training?
This year we have modified something technics, but nothing major. They are small changes which increase performance.

What technical things are you working on?
Mainly, this year we did our best to get a more fluid movement, trying to deveop it with more repetitions.

Where do you train?
In Malaga, southern Spain.

Will you attend other training camps to another site?
Two years ago, we go to Tenerife, Spain) has done a concentration of 10 days. It is good to change training zone and sharing circles with more partners.

Who is your coach?
Tomas Fernandez Rodriguez.

Are you training with his trained a site or long distance?
My trainer training shares with me for 15 years.

Do you work?
If yes, what works and how many hours a week? No, I dedicated exclusively to athletics and occasionally, he worked in the family business.
