How has your training been going recently?
It’s been going well.
What is the focus of your training schedule?
Just trying to maintain my strength and lose a little weight.
Is there anything new you are implementing into your training?
The newest thing I’ve done this season is train in different weather climates.
What technical issues are you working on?
Just work on minor to major issues with my technique. Mainly my speed in the ring and my left leg block at the front.
Where are you currently training?
I’m currently training in Jamaica.
Will you be attending any training camps at another site? If so, where and when?
Yes, Jamaica is having a camp in Japan and I’ll be attending.
Who is your current coach?
Carrie Lane is my coach but Julian Robinson has been monitoring my training.
Are you training with your coach on site or long distance?
I’m training with her long distance for most of the season.
Are you currently working a job? If so, what and how many hours a week?
I’m currently not working.
What competitions do you have planned?
I have no other competitions for the rest of the season.
When will you travel to Asia? When will you travel to Beijing?
I will be in training camp ’til the 18th, then on to China.
