In the next years I am trying to get faster and improve my technique.

Until the end of December I will be living in Kienbaum, Germany.

In Kienbaum I will be training with a few German throwers.
Are you throwing in the off-season in practice?
I started throwing in November and the focus is to improve my technique with a lot of imitations.
What weight lifting exercises will you do?
Bench press, leg press, snatch, deadlift, behind neck press.
Do you see your coach much? Who is your coach?
Until the end of the year I don’t see my coaches because I am not training in my hometown. From January on I will be training together with my coaches Iris Manke-Reimers and Sven Schwarz.
Are you going to try anything new this off-season?If so, what?
No. In the last season I did a new PB of 65,88m, this shows that what we have done last year is good so we won’t do a lot of new things.

I will start to compete in the winter season in January or February with some Shot Put competitions and maybe there is a discus competition
