For me what u need to improve is the technique part I feel am not good enough on the technique part, techniques matters a lot in javelin throw, I will be home in Elmore Kenya my home town during winter, am training with little brother who is well talented in javelin, I don’t do throwing during my off season especially during g my start of build up its just general gym training and long runs of 30mins jogging but I throw by February of every new year, I do power clean, squats, middle body exercises, lunges
I don’t have a coach in Kenya so am just doing it alone, I will try to have more new workouts on the gym to improve my level of fitness, resting and maybe having some soft drinks with friends for rest, not planning if any vacation, I will be competitive in the diamond league and more focusing on the China world Champs 2015 next year
